Pamella was wonderful in the process of buying our new home & selling our old one. She was always easy to reach & made us feel like we were always her number one priority although I'm sure she's very busy. Her responsiveness to questions and setting up showings for us was second to none. She is very sweet-natured and not pushy which is what I prefer when it comes to buying/selling property. I feel like I made a friend in this process so that shows her dedication to making her clients happy. We appreciate her being beside us throughout this process and would definitely recommend her to anyone in search of a real estate agent

I was a 1st-time home buyer in Dec 2017. She is fantastic! When I saw a house I wanted to go see, she made it happen the same day. She is extremely nice & knowledgeable about all things real estate. If I move again sometime in the future, she will be who I will choose again for my selling/purchasing needs. I highly recommend her if you are in need of a realtor!

My husband and I recently found that we had to leave our home in Chattanooga to move to the Knoxville area for work. We knew we would be moving around the end of 2017 and we waited until almost the last minute but Pamella was fantastic in working with us to find the home that we love! She showed us homes that had just about everything that we were looking for. We settled on the first home that she took us to and we are very happy. She is extremely responsive at any time that we had questions. She was great with negotiations and I found that we have a lot of the same personality quirks. She even told me that she didn't care of she started to annoy the builder, she wanted to make sure that everything was being taken care of for us. She delivered!!! There is a reason why this group has a 5-star rating. I have actually suggested the group to a friend that already lives in the Knoxville area.
